Senate Introduction

In the Senate, someone has to introduce a piece of legislation. Your MC (one out of 100 U.S. Senators) has taken the first step in the legislative process from the Senate. This piece of legislation is introduced and automatically referred to a relevant committee, your MC will have to battle it out with committee members to get to the next stage.
