West Los Angeles Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center Preservation Act of 2007 - Prohibits the Secretary of Veterans Affairs from declaring as excess to the needs of the Department of Veterans Affairs, or otherwise disposing or reducing the acreage of, the West Los Angeles Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Center, California (Center).

Directs the Secretary to: (1) submit to the congressional veterans' and appropriations committees a master plan for the use of the land comprising the Center; and (2) appoint a committee to advise the Secretary in developing the master plan.
